Do I need yoga experience to join?
No. Every programme welcomes complete beginners, and teachers offer variations for all bodies. Only the surf sessions ask for basic swimming confidence.
What is included in the price?
Stays, daily meals, guided practices, excursions, spa sessions listed in your pack and all island transfers. International and domestic flights are not included.
Can I come alone?
Most guests do. Solo travellers get their own room as standard, shared tables within hours, and hosts who make introductions feel effortless.
What if I need to cancel?
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% up to 14 days, and free date changes any time subject to availability. Just reply to your confirmation.
